As your Life Coach, my mission is bringing your mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmonious alignment. Using my head and heart, I'll help you discover and bring to the surface all of the special talents, assets and attributes that exist inside of your head and heart. I call this your 'Gift Zone.' It's the very essence of your being. The pathway to exploring your 'Gift Zone.' is sometimes smooth and navigable, other times it's rocky and difficult to stay on course.
As our Life Coach, I'll build an alliance with you and create a safe space, with trust and respect, that allows you to accept the challenges ahead. It is my role to help discover and bring out the best version of you that already exists within you.

Sure, there'll be light hearted moments when we'll share a laugh together. We'll laugh at each other, and at times, we'll laugh at ourselves. But, I'll also challenge you (in my uniquely candid, intuitive style) by asking you lots of direct and probing questions that require a deeper level of self-reflection that most people ever experience on their own.
