For nearly two decades, I've empowered and guided individuals and groups to achieve greater levels of both professional and personal success and satisfaction as the premier professional Life and Leadership Coach.
In creating CHOICES, my mission is to make the world a better place one person at a time. I have expertly coached executives, managers and others, domestically and internationally, to highly successful outcomes. Whether you're in the private, public, non-profit or academic sectors, I'll help you unleash your full potential in your personal journey toward a more successful, rewarding and fulfilling future.

Krista as a Life Coach:
As your Life Coach, my mission is bringing your mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmonious alignment. Using my head and heart, I'll help you discover and bring to the surface all of the special talents, assets and attributes that exist inside of your head and heart. I call this your 'Gift Zone.' It's the very essence of your being. The pathway to exploring your 'Gift Zone.' is sometimes smooth and navigable, other times it's rocky and difficult to stay on course.
As our Life Coach, I'll build an alliance with you and create a safe space, with trust and respect, that allows you to accept the challenges ahead. It is my role to help discover and bring out the best version of you that already exists within you.

Krista's Philosophy:
When you choose me as your Life Coach, you are making a choice to be challenged. let me be clear about that. I'm serious about coaching you to become the best version of yourself by exploring and discovering all the special talents, assets and attributes in your 'Gift Zone." Sure, there'll be light hearted moments when we'll share a laugh together. We'll laugh at each other, and at times, we'll laugh at ourselves. But, I'll also challenge you (in my uniquely candid, intuitive style) by asking you lots of direct and probing questions that require a deeper level of self-reflection that most people ever experience on their own.

The level of depth you choose in exploring your inner self is directly proportional with the level of growth you'll outwardly gain from our exploration. Therefore, the real question is: How deep will you delve in order to have the successful, improved version of 'you' that you desire and deserve?
