I began my executive coaching career in 2007 with a strong belief in the power of choice to transform lives, and consequently, the world. Whether we recognize it or not, we all make choices about how we see, value and interact with others. I work with leaders who strive for continuous improvement and are ready to own their choices and take the next steps in their high performance journey.

My methods combine both structure and flexibility to adjust to each person’s unique needs and goals. I’ve experienced the power of involving others, like the coachee’s boss, in some of the coaching process for enhanced accountability, and I also recognize that there are times when the coaching partnership is completely confidential experience. Diane brings three decades of experience and a unique perspective to her work, having served in many different leadership roles in corporations, boards and associations. Diane is a coach and advisor to leaders and consultants regarding strategic issues and leadership style. She has done extensive coaching and consulting in the United States and globally on leadership development, strategic planning and implementation, process improvement, team building, change and transition, union management relations and managing the people and systems side of mergers and reorganizations. I follow a holistic approach and co-active form of coaching which I also implement in training. Who I am
I was born in Germany and grew up in Taiwan where I went to an international school that hosted 52 nations at that time. Speaking German, English, Chinese, and later Spanish daily formed the core of my multicultural comfort zone very early on. After enjoying a 15 yr. global sales & marketing career in an international setting headquartered in Germany, I grasped the opportunity of completely recreating my own path upon moving to Michigan in 2010. I find joy in diversity, perspectives, building connections, and simplifying complexity, and I use my various cross-cultural experiences to support clients in their growth, creating their authentic self, forever learning, and courage to become the person they strive to be.
