My Executive Coach approach comes from 30 years of experience working within the Human Services sector. As a Not for profit Indigenous leader with extensive training and Graduate level education I am able to offer a unique perspective into a collaborative leadership conversation. Graduate Certificates in Change Management and Executive Coaching are areas training and passion for me. As a leader and as a coach this training just naturally contributes to my lead from within approach to all areas of my life. "There is no one person smarter than all of us..." (Joyce, 2010).
