Geneviève is an authentic leadership development specialist. After more than 16 years in small, medium and large public and private organizations, she decided to found her own business UniVers Un Monde en Soi and Univers Interactive. She is now curating a new form of business with Amplio Strategies that will link Growth and leadership development.

She offers business coaching, training and act as a keynote speaker.

She has worked with more than 1000 professionals, entrepreneurs, managers and executives to help them in their personal and professional leadership skills and abilities. As a coach, she have more than 2300 coaching hours with entrepreneurs, managers and professionals. Her clients also ask Geneviève to coach them to become a team leader who can create engagement, who shares leadership and improves the unique talent of every member of their teams.

Geneviève’s last corporate position was internal management consultant for a large and public electricity company. She previously worked in senior HR and Organizational Development roles in airlines, high-tech R&D and Art & Culture. Geneviève has been an active member of a variety of management committees and steering groups for large projects as change management specialist, and worked in close interaction with company boards.

Genevieve is a lecturer at HEC-Montreal in Management and in the Human Resources department. She is also coach-leader and mentor-coach for Coaching de Gestion and certified yoga teacher.

Geneviève is also the author of the book: Oser le Monde en Soi, Béliveau editor, 2012 and she just laugh DECLIC in September 2016. Those books are self-coaching guide to develop authentic leadership way of being in our personal and professional life.
