As a certified life coach, I work with individuals to grow and thrive after experiencing life altering hardship by providing result focused, forward moving action.

I work with frustrated individuals of all ages. Students with ADHD often struggle in the classroom, at home, with peers and even at work, so I help them build skills and acquire strategies to improve time management, decrease procrastination, develop realistic views of a task or situation, and improve relationships. I help parents to better understand and support their child. Young adults and college students are empowered to make decisions, improve follow through, build strong relationships and develop accountability. I assist adults, overwhelmed and running late, in breaking through the barriers that exist and moving towards living the life they’ve been wishing for.

As the mother of four complex children, an adult woman living with ADHD, a former educator at a school for children who learn differently, and now an ADHD coach , I am continually immersed in an ADHD world which allows me to deeply identify with my clients’ experience! I founded CK ADHD Coaching & Consulting to empower individuals to unravel their ADHD struggles through education, strategy and skill development that allows them to live a life that is fulfilling and moving forward. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and received ADHD coach training through JST Coaching & Training where I am now on the Faculty, the leading authority on ADHD/EF student coaching and Coach Training Alliance. I am the coordinator of Columbus, Ohio’s CHADD chapter and a licensed facilitator for CHADD’s Parent to Parent program.
