Her background includes executive level positions with businesses in energy, insurance broking, transportation, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution and physician services. She was most recently a Vice President of Human Resources for a $20B Fortune 24 biotech services company that was comprised of 10 operating divisions and multiple lines of business. She served as a key member of the corporate leadership team as the organization quadrupled in revenue growth and employee population during her eight-year tenure.
Characterized by a straightforward, pragmatic yet caring approach, Meryl’s business acumen has contributed to the growth and success of a variety of organizations where the HR function was considered a strategic “business partner” and relied upon for sage operational advice and counsel.
