As a life transition coach and spiritual director, I meet my clients wherever they are at in their life and faith journey. Yet I do so from a certain perspective, a worldview, which is Catholic. I see all people, along with the entire world, as God’s creation and, therefore, as good. My approach is optimistic and contemplative, while adapting to fit my clients’ life history, personality and spirituality.

I specialize in serving people who want to make a difference in our world. These faith-inspired people have enjoyed success, yet are still not where they want to be. Often they seek a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.

I base my coaching and spiritual direction on the principles of faith, integrity, empathy, kindness, generosity, service and continuous learning.
