As an ICF certified executive coach, I am passionate about releasing my client’s potential to maximize their own performance by helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

In addition to executive coaching, leadership development and management consulting, I have started, grown and sold two award-winning businesses after a successful run in executive leadership for Fortune 100 and Global 200 companies.

I’m also an accomplished international speaker and current board member of several start-ups, with numerous published articles on leadership, globalization of business and recruitment industry trends to my credit.

My background and deep appreciation for the value of leadership and its role in helping companies break through performance barriers qualify me to offer career and company-impacting coaching, leadership development and consulting services uniquely tailored to each client.

I’ve lived in 4 countries, am multilingual and attended Texas Tech University (BS, Electrical Engineering, and MBA, Management). I am currently also completing my Professional and Executive Coaching certificate from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
