I have been a leadership coach for more than 20 years. Working with manufacturers, credit unions, municipalities, foundations and law enforcement, I strive to ask the right questions – ones that meet the client where they are, build critical thinking and expand the potential for high performance.
I am co-founder and principal at Humanergy, a boutique leadership development organization that believes the world needs a new kind of leader. My resume includes a stint as a Scotland Yard Police Officer, a Master’s Degree and a role of Senior Fellow at the University of Maryland.
Among my work successes are supporting turn around/culture change at a $900m manufacturing facility, coaching CEOs through a successful credit union merger, and creating and delivering the first in-depth training program for the presidentially-appointed U.S Marshals.
My wife, Launda, and I recently empty-nested and took a sabbatical to sail across the Atlantic as two of the three crew on a 39-foot boat. We live in the woods north of Kalamazoo, MI.
