I help new and experienced managers increase their skills and confidence when addressing the people-side of leadership. This includes helping leaders:
- Improve communication and conflict management skills in order to develop healthy, productive relationships;
- Create an environment where people trust each other, are excited to come to work, and who have consistently great results;
- Lead change efforts in ways that bring people along rather than leave unintentional emotional road kill;
- Understand and create action plans for transforming others' negative perceptions that might be hindering their ability to work cooperatively with others; and
- Create a signature leadership presence that is effective at creating alignment in their teams and leading even when times are ambiguous and/or stressful.
I have a large toolkit of resources and knowledge that I enjoy sharing with my coaching clients. When not coaching, I provide a mix of change consulting, leadership development, and team facilitation services.
