As a productivity consultant who wrote Organizing For Dummies, I help people improve their productivity through better office organization and time management skills.
My specialty is helping clients create a filing system so that they can find information quickly and easily, whether it is a paper file system or digital file system. I use Excel to create the system and the file labels.
My organizing principles are simple to implement and easy to understand so that even another employee can quickly find files when someone is out of the office.
